I must say I am pretty proud of myself this week!! I have been getting up before work (5:50 am) to do the 30 Day Shred and running at least once a day. Plus, I have been doing a better job at watching what I eat.
Quick question for you 30 Day Shredders...How do you know you are ready to move on to the next level? I am still at level one, but have increased the weights (I was a wimp the first few times and used 3 lb. weights - now using 5 lbs.) but I don't think Level 1 is easy by any means. I think yesterday was the first, and only, time I was able to get through it without taking a break!!
Thursdays I get to sleep in because I have an hour and a half yoga class after work. I love my yoga instructor, but found out last week that she will be moving at the end of the summer :( I believe the class is going to continue, I just hope the new instructor is as good as this one.
I have been getting several compliments about looking better which is definitely keeping me motivated.
I am liking the direction I am headed :)

i tried level 2 after about a week. i am still unable to breeze through level 1, but i like some of the exercises in level 2 better. as a matter of fact, i think i'll do level 2 tonight! let me tell you that i was sweating twice as much after level 2. i get tired of doing the same exercises over and over though.
I tried level 2 also after about a week, and then about a two weeks after that I tried level 3. Let me add that the first few times I did Level 2 as well as Level 3 I was not able to finish a lot of the exercises all the way through and would have to take short 10 second breaks, but I figured I wouldn't know my limits till I tried.
the shred seems so crazy! good for you for doing it!
