30 by 30 Thursday

I am starting to get frustrated with this whole working out thing!! I have been working out diligently for the past several months and try to eat good (but obviously need to try harder). I just don't feel like I am looking much better. I will continue to keep up the exercising and am determined to find a better eating plan.

What do you do when you get frustrated?

Just keep going. Don't stop doing EXACTLY what you're doing.

Are you cheating on your workouts or food? I don't know what your body type is, etc, but just keep at it. Don't stop. The main failure for most people is when they just give up after having a few rough days, months, weeks.

Being fit, healthy and losing the weight you want to lose will take patience above anything else. Set this goal for yourself, if you haven't already: NO processed foods. ALL fresh or frozen veggies and protein adn good carbs- PLUS cardio and strength training. I promise you'll see results in those 3 days. Or you can sue me...(ok. not really. but really.....)
